1. Your right of withdrawal (EU/EEA)

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a person you nominate) take physical possession of the goods. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email or post) before the period has expired. You may use the model withdrawal form we provide on request, but it is not obligatory.

2. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except any additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest.

3. Return of goods

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Goods should be returned in their original condition where possible, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

4. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they become unsealed after delivery, or in other cases as set out in applicable EU/EEA consumer law. We will inform you on the product or order page if any such exception applies.

5. Faulty or non-conforming goods

If the product is faulty or does not conform to the contract, you have rights under applicable consumer law (e.g. repair, replacement, reduction in price, or refund). Contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. We will respond in line with legal requirements.

6. Geographic scope

Withdrawal and consumer rights described above apply in particular to consumers in the EU/EEA in line with applicable law. If you order from outside the EU/EEA, local consumer rules may apply in addition or instead; contact us with your location if you are unsure.
